I know there is an automated service to post to many different video platforms and RSS at once that was integrated with IPFS but I cant recall the name. I think Ernest Hancock of Freedom's Phoenix uses it. Also it might be worth setting up content on Qortal since the limited audience there would probably be into your work. I'd post everywhere including Dtube and Odysee if you feel up to it. If not, then the audience will find you and spread the word on its own natural pace.

I think I was thinking of Contentsafe. But someone with your skills/knowledge could probably utilize IFTTT or build your own automated server to publish everywhere at once.

Thanks a bunch! I'll try to take a look at both of these in 2025 then!

Wishing you a great Christmas and happy new year!

Here is my opinion (for whatever it's worth):

1. Substack as a primary outreach platform because it allows you to collect first party data (namely emails) which you can take with you no matter what. I also found the recommendations engine and the network effects of notes valuable.

2. As far as content repository, you can use Substack for that but ideally also replicate on to a self-hosted platform you fully control. This is what I should have done myself in retrospect. I think the way James Corbett uses Substack is probably the smartest way to be honest.

3. Rumble is beneficial because it is easy for the audience to consume through given it has native smart TV apps and a UI and UX that is now effectively IDENTICAL to YouTube. Your concerns about Rumble are very very warranted imho which is why I personally consider it as a "throwaway platform" and make no effort to grow my follower count there. Odysee is a good alternative potentially but there is still way too much uncertainty about its future direction to my liking.

4. No harm in having an account on X but without paying for a blue tick, you won't get much traction plus the "algorithm ghetto" there is arguably more strong than even on Meta ("freedom of speech not reach") etc.

I think Substack still provides the "best bang for buck" in terms of reaching people coupled with full replication of the content to a self-hosted platform.

Hope that helps.

Once upon a time, there was a woman with a nice restaurant but not quite popular. One day she decide to give a new directive to her crew. Every worker in that dinner had a day off and some money given by the owner.( what she was ready to put in publicity) and they all had the simple directive to take cabs from one place, to another one, and tell the taxi driver how great that dinner spot was. Soon enough everyone in the city heard the rumors that this place is great. 1 day is all it took to start the pattern. So in your case, i would list every tech bizness in googlemap and the sector you want to settle in, and ask them to put a bizness card, maybe a poster, or prepare a pamphlet with what you can teach on it and all. Then giving to anyone who goes in any tech shop the knowledge that someone somewhere have the masterclass to learn from a to z in comps and network and all you showed yet. That way all your target client will be in the domain. In every shop there is a techguy who either knows more than you and can help, or the opposite know less than you and will be pleased to partnership with some skillfull fellow. Lots of work for lots of possibility😉

Ho! And you could use substack to find dedicated guy like me who will gladly call the shop in my city to link you at them. I have one friend working in this who always try to make stuff happen like a real esport crew in quebec. We lack that here. Hey how great would it be to have libresolutionnetwork written on a esport team representing canada? Now im daydreaming again😝🤣😂😅

Oooooor, you can keep the number 1 decision. Do nothin about it, cause your work is awesome and the bigger it gets, the bigger the noise surrounding will be. Hard to work on deep subject while bothered by unusefull technical stuff like promoting and all capitalism related to it. If you DO need more fund to go further, its a good idea indeed! But if you can manage to roll without charitative support. Go for it! The best are those who do from dedication, not remuneration. Either way your that best for me.(so pick choice number one so we, on substack, can keep your genius all to ourselves mahwmahwmaha)

Btw i still dont understand most i read here, but my son says its great. And i believe him, like i believe in you so i am already sure whatever you do or dont do will be wisely doubled check and productive in a good way. I do not worry at all and if ya need help i ll always be lurking somewhere around substack.

I greatly appreciate your encouragement and perspective!

For what it's worth, I thin "word of mouth" would absolutely be the most important way to grow in the long run!

An esports team sounds fun! 😆

Im alrdy refering your substack to whom i can everytime i can. What i stumble upon most of time is that they( casual citizens) dont know anything else then facebook and google. The more we advance the more propaganda is making everything else territory of tinfoil hat army. So people usualy are either unskilled to go as deep as substack or afraid its a wonderland of conspiracy. But ill keep ealking that path with you for sure ✌️😇👍

X is good. Going Premium is highly encouraged. Having the check mark will give you more traction but you can start without it. They might run a promo. They did one for Black Friday it was like 60% off and you get the Grok AI included so it's a good value either way IMHO. You also get a dashboard and some of the money goes to creators. Try putting together a marketing budget, even a small one. Having your own website is also good, however you MUST have an automated or at least simple manual backup in case your host terminates you account for any reason.

Heads up! X is running a 40% off campaign. https://x.com

I hate to say it, but "continuing to scream into the void" is what we're all in for, at least for a little while longer. Your work is on the radar of people with larger audiences than you or I, and that suggests to me you're making a bigger impact than is reflected in the stats you have available.

The other "bad news" is that I think X remains a necessary place to be, because that's where people are in the short term. But don't let that stop you from criticizing the platform and warning people of its role in the bigger picture.

Just some thoughts!

All of the above...everything. My suggestion is...sorry...but you need to have an X account...and try Telegram and Rumble...for whatever reason though...I have seen other great content creators languish with a small follower count on some platforms like Telegram and X...I feel like they flipped a switch where they won't allow accounts they don't like to grow anymore (including mine)...but some people tend to prefer only certain platforms...and so you'll have to be everywhere to reach new ears...in the end it all adds up bit by bit

Fair! Can't say I'm excited for it but I can't argue with you there.

I think the real debate is over getting X premium, which I'm hesitant to do but might try for a small bit once I'm actually up-and-running.

Thanks for the follow back! Wishing you a feliz navidad!
