I genuinely wish Odysee as a project well, even if I wouldn't approach the problem the way they do. I sincerely hope they can make my skepticism seem foolish.
Interestingly enough I've been listening to the FUTO crew a bit recently and plan to make a post about that. There's a lot of good work being done, but there are always still some 'gotchas'.
I think the most important thing is that regardless of where people distribute videos, is that people maintain their own archives for the time being...because you never know these days.

Other than the fact it will run on Arweave, there isn't much there in terms of "nuts & bolts".
